This book remains as a guide to many young people with big dreams. This book is the success story of Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, that describes the struggles he faced throughout his path towards his success and how he faced all those struggles. As an admirer of Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, I have always heard stories about him and wondered how this man has achieved so much. I got all my doubts cleared through this book and the main thing behind his success is his single minded devotion towards his goal. He wanted to be a pilot when he was a young boy, he lost that oppurtunity of being a pilot still he never stopped dreaming. He grabbed the oppurtunity and worked hard in that field. This book gives a lot of simple tips and tricks to be implemented in life to achieve your goals. He played a leading role in the development of India’s missile and nuclear weapons programs and therefore termed as “Missile man of India”. His dedication and hardwork towards his goal made him the person he was. This book also teaches us to have clear and determined goal, so that we can invest our dedication and hardwork into it. This book not only talks about his success but also motivates us to chase our dreams. Talking about him and the word ‘dream’ reminds me of a quote by A.P.J. Abdul Kalam “Dream is not that which you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep.” All his quotes and speech have inspired not only me but many other young aspirants. This book is worth reading while you are struggling or confused with the way to reach your goal. This book can give you a clear solution to proceed further with your path. “A big shot is a little shot who keeps on shooting, so keep trying.” This quote from this book has ispired me so much and this entire book has both inspired and motivated me to have a clear goal and work towards it.
